CANCELLATIONS

We understand plans change, life happens, but we have to make sure everyone gets a shot at those coveted class spots. That's why we've got a 6-hour cancellation policy in place. You can easily cancel your class the same way you booked it, but just a heads up: we can't accept cancellations via email, phone, social media, or in person.

Cancellations made more than 6 hours before class can be rescheduled at no extra cost. Please note that for the 6am class, cancellations must be made by 10pm the night before. Any class cancelled less than 6 hours in advance or after 10pm for the 6am class will forfeit the session credit. No-shows will also forfeit the session credit and incur a $10 fee.

If the class you’re coveting is full, you can hop on our waitlist. If a spot frees up, we’ll shoot you a text to confirm your spot.
