For your first session, arrive 10 minutes early. Your instructor will check in with you and give you a quick rundown of the reformer. Don't forget to bring grip socks, a water bottle, and a sweat towel. If you don't have grip socks, we've got some available for purchase at the studio. See you soon!

Absolutely! We welcome beginners with open arms. Our instructors are here to support you every step of the way, offering guidance, modifications, and encouragement to help you feel comfortable and confident in your practice. Don't hesitate to let us know if you're feeling nervous—we're literally here to help you feel good, whatever that takes!

We recommend comfortable workout attire that allows you to move freely. And don’t forget your grip socks (for health and safety reasons, bare feet are not allowed. Sorry!).
If you don't have grip socks, we've got some available for purchase at the studio. -
You can find us on the top floor of 103-105 High Street. Simply walk through the gate, down the driveway, and turn left to find our entrance. Look for us upstairs—we can't wait to say “hi”!

Parking is a breeze around Slow Studios. You'll find plenty of free parking options on High Street, across the road at the shopping centre, or in the public parking next to the on Forest Street. No stress, no hassle – just easy parking so you can focus on your Pilates session!

We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. Our instructors are happy to provide modifications, but it's always best to ensure your safety first.

Congratulations! Yes, you're more than welcome to join our pilates classes during pregnancy, and it's actually encouraged. Our instructors are all trained in prenatal and postnatal pilates and can offer modifications tailored to your needs. If it's your first class with us, come in 15 minutes early to chat with an instructor about how you're feeling and your goals for your pregnancy. We're here to support you every step of the way.

If you're looking to get a rundown of the fundamentals before diving into your first class or prefer to train solo to focus on specific goals, we've got you covered with private sessions! We've got a 6-hour cancellation policy in place. You can easily cancel your class the same way you booked it, but just a heads up: we can't accept cancellations via email, phone, social media, or in person.
