Reformer is our cup of tea! Our reformer sessions run for a smooth 45 minutes, blending fluid movement to help you find your inner balance and strength. Each session is designed to enhance flexibility, build core stability, and improve overall body alignment. Our Instructors will guide you through a series of dynamic exercises, allowing for a full-body workout that targets every muscle group, while also promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
STRETCH & FLOW
This gentle Reformer class is perfect for those seeking a slower-paced session.
With a focus on mindful movement, we’ll guide you through stretches and flowing exercises designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Our low-impact approach ensures you can move safely and comfortably, with options tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're rebuilding confidence, working through rehabilitation, or simply looking for a calm, restorative practice, this class offers a supportive and relaxed environment.
1:1 SESSIONS
Our 1:1 Reformer sessions offer a fully personalised Pilates experience, tailored entirely to you.
Whether you're brand new to Reformer, returning from injury, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, working towards specific goals, or simply prefer individual guidance, these sessions allow your instructor to create a program that meets you where you're at. With dedicated support, hands-on coaching and exercise selection designed around your body, you'll have the space to build confidence, refine technique and move with intention.
For those looking to commit to regular sessions, we also offer 5-session and 10-session packs, providing a consistent and supportive approach to your movement practice.
We also offer 2:1 Reformer sessions, allowing you to share a personalised session with a friend, partner or family member while still receiving tailored instruction and individual support.

Absolutely. Our classes are designed to accommodate all experience levels, and our instructors will guide you through the movements and offer modifications where needed. If you're feeling nervous, you're not alone. Everyone starts somewhere!

Please arrive 5(ish!) minutes before your class starts. This gives you time to get settled, meet your instructor and prepare for your session.

Yes. Grip socks are required for all Reformer Pilates classes at Slow. They help with safety, stability and hygiene while moving on the Reformer. If you forget yours, we have grip socks available to purchase at the studio.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

We understand that plans change.
Classes can be cancelled up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class start time will forfeit that session.
This policy helps us offer spots to clients on the waitlist and keeps things fair for everyone.

To ensure classes run smoothly and safely, we lock the studio doors 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. Unfortunately, if you arrive after this time, you won't be able to join the class.

You can cancel your class through your account up to 6 hours before the class start time.
Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class will forfeit the session. Unlimited members will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

No. All clients must have their own account, complete our waiver and book under their own name.
If you'd like to purchase a class for a friend, simply buy them a casual pass and send us their name and email address. We'll take care of the rest.

Yes. We welcome both pre and post-natal clients at Slow. Please let your instructor know about your pregnancy before class so we can provide appropriate modifications and support.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you'll automatically be added to the class and notified. Please ensure you remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend.

Our memberships require minimum 2 months in contract and 14 days' notice for cancellations. Holds and membership changes also require 14 days' notice.

Clients must be 16 years or older to attend classes at Slow.
Clients under 16 may attend if accompanied by a participating parent or guardian and with prior approval from the studio. Please get in touch before booking.

Unfortunately, no. Class pack expiry dates apply to all clients and cannot be extended unless you have an injury where you can no longer attend. We encourage you to choose a pack that best suits your schedule and availability.
